What We Did
Marketing For Tech successfully handled the end-to-end organization and promotion of Digital Petroleum Week (London and Singapore) focused on the oil trading technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branding: Designed the conference logo and visual identity.
- Event Production: Organized and executed the full digital experience from start to finish.
- Speaker Management: Coordinated speakers for 30+ sessions.
- Moderation: Hosted and moderated sessions, including live Q&A segments.
- Digital Promotion: Planned and executed comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across:

- Paid advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)

Developed and distributed press releases to the media. We worked with key industry media to secure pre- and post-event coverage, increasing awareness and participation
- Partner Marketing: Collaborated with aligned industry events for cross-promotion, extending audience reach and enhancing credibility.
- Email Marketing: Developed and ran multi-phase email campaigns for Pre-event invitations and awareness, Attendee engagement during the event, and Post-event follow-ups and content distribution
